Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment:

If your order (or any item in your order) has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation directly from your order page or by contacting our customer support team.
A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to refuse/cancel the order after dispatch, the two-way shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Astrowealth offers an Easy 72-Hour Return Policy.
You may request a return/replacement within 72 hours of delivery. We also accept partial returns for individual items in an order.

Return Process

1.     Email our Customer Support team within 72 hours of delivery. Share your Order ID, return/refund/replacement request, and photos/videos of the product, packaging and invoice. While initiating a return, customers must provide supporting photos/videos as proof of the issue.

2.     Await confirmation and approval from our team. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Eligibility

  • The product must be returned in unused, original condition with original packaging, all seals intact and Labels & tags still attached
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product remains unused and in resalable condition.

Returns or replacement will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or is missing original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • The return request is raised after 72 hours of delivery.
  • Freebies, promotional gifts, and combo packs are non-returnable.

Note: During mega sales or promotional events, additional terms may apply and will be clearly mentioned on the offer page/banner.

3. How will I be refunded? How long does it take?

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
  • If approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.

Refund Mode:

·       For eligible products returned within the 72 hours return window, Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to your account instead of a refund to the original payment method.

·       For refunds to the original payment method, a processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount. COD orders will receive a refund in the form of Store credit only.

·       If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, a full Store Credit refund will be issued upon successful processing of the return. Video proof of opening the package has to submitted.

·       Partial returns of an order will result in a partial Store Credit being issued for the value of the specific product(s) returned.

·       If the return reason is not due to damage or wrong product, shipping charges will be deducted.
